Meraki Core is the independent technical project implementing the local deterministic loop. It models immutable evidence, candidate guidance, approval, scoped profile atoms, MerakiPacks, comparison, versioning, and rollback.
Current boundary
Local tests and connected runtime paths exercise the mechanics. Hosted invited-user proof, live PostgreSQL and pgvector proof, and independent human evaluation remain open.
